These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Silcam Tile Installation LLC website and your communications with us. By using our website or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Silcam Tile Installation LLC provides residential and commercial tile and flooring installation in New Jersey and New York, including bathroom tile, kitchen flooring and backsplashes, large-format and natural stone, shower systems and waterproofing, and vinyl and wood flooring installation. We are fully licensed and insured, and proof of insurance is available on request.

2. Estimates

• Free estimates are provided after an on-site visit and cover scope, materials, and the finished result, with no hidden fees.
• Estimates are not a binding contract until both parties agree in writing.
• Project start dates depend on current demand and site readiness, and will be confirmed with you directly.
• Timelines quoted (typically 2 to 4 days for most residential projects) assume the substrate and site are as observed during the estimate. Concealed conditions found during demolition may change scope and price, and any change will be communicated to you before we proceed.

4. Warranty

Completed installations are backed by a 2-year limited workmanship warranty from the date of completion. The warranty covers our installation workmanship and does not cover damage from misuse, structural movement, water intrusion from sources outside our scope, or normal wear. Manufacturer warranties on materials (where applicable) are passed through to you. Warranty details for your specific project will be confirmed in your written agreement.

5. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are set out in your written project agreement. Pricing is provided in your estimate and confirmed before work begins.

6. Materials

Clients may supply their own tile and materials, or we can advise on selection. Where the client supplies material, we are not responsible for defects, shade variation, insufficient quantity, or discontinued lots in that material. We will flag any concern we identify before installation begins.

7. Website Use

Website content, including project photos, is the property of Silcam Tile Installation LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Photos are of real Silcam projects; results vary by site conditions and material selection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silcam Tile Installation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our services are governed by the separate written agreement for each project.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
